Hon’ble Minister for MSME, SERP,
NRI Empowerment & Relations,
Govt. of Andhra Pradesh,

As India sets its sights on the transformative Viksit Bharat@2047 vision—aiming to become one of the world’s top three economies with a $30 trillion GDP and a per capita income of $18,000—Andhra Pradesh proudly aligns with this national mission through the Swarna Andhra@2047 initiative. Our goal is to build a prosperous, inclusive, and sustainable state that stands as a benchmark for development.

Guided by the visionary leadership of the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Andhra Pradesh is driving forward innovative reforms that uplift every section of society. The state has set ambitious targets: achieving a Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) of $2.4 trillion and a per capita income of $43,000 by 2047. To accomplish this, the Agriculture & Allied, Industry, and Services sectors are each expected to sustain a 15% annual growth rate.

As an important pillar of this vision, the Rajam Assembly Constituency has charted a clear course to achieve a Gross Constituency Domestic Product (GCDP) of ₹90,933 crore and a per capita income of ₹25.63 lakh by 2047. This strategy leverages the region’s inherent strengths, strategic planning, and active community involvement. In the Primary Sector, horticulture and livestock will be major drivers, elevating the Gross Constituency Value Added (GCVA) from ₹956 crore to ₹7,158 crore. The MSME parks are poised to become a key industrial engine in the Secondary Sector, attracting investments and creating jobs. Meanwhile, the Services Sector will be enhanced through the promotion of cultural and religious tourism, capitalizing on Madduvalasa Reservoir and nearby temples to stimulate local economic activity.

To ensure the effective realization of this vision the District Administration has conducted extensive consultations with local leaders, citizens, and experts. Guided by the District Collector, comprehensive Mandal and District Action Plans have been developed to ensure inclusive growth from the ground up. Sincere appreciation goes out to all district officials and teams for their dedication and hard work. Their efforts mark a collective step toward a brighter and more dynamic future for Andhra Pradesh. .

Hon’ble Member of Legislative
Assembly, RAJAM Constituency

India is on the brink of a historic transformation as it moves towards its 100th year of independence under the national vision of Viksit Bharat @2047. With a target of becoming one of the top three global economies, India aims to achieve a $30 trillion GDP and a per capita income of $18,000 by 2047. In full alignment with this mission, Andhra Pradesh, under the visionary leadership of the Hon’ble Chief Minister, has launched Swarna Andhra @2047 a bold initiative to make the state a model of inclusive, sustainable, and accelerated development.

The state’s targets are ambitious yet achievable: reaching a Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) of $2.4 trillion and a per capita income of $43,000 by 2047. To realize this, each sector - Agriculture & Allied, Industry, and Services is expected to grow at a sustained 15% annual rate, supported by people-centric planning, good governance, and optimal use of resources.

As a vital contributor to this vision, Rajam constituency has laid out a clear roadmap to achieve a Gross Constituency Domestic Product (GCDP) of ₹90,933 crore and a per capita income of ₹25.63 lakh by 2047. Our approach is grounded in the strengths of the local economy, strategic planning, and community participation. In the Primary Sector, horticulture and livestock will serve as key growth engines, increasing the Gross Constituency Value Added (GCVA) from ₹956 crore to ₹7,158 crore. The MSME Parks are emerging as a major industrial hub, offering a significant boost to the Secondary Sector, attracting investments and generating employment. The Service Sector will be enhanced by promoting heritage and religious tourism, leveraging local landmarks like the Madduvalasa Reservoir and surrounding temples to boost economic activity.

This vision has been shaped through extensive grassroots consultations, including Grama Sabhas, expert interactions, and stakeholder meetings. The resulting Mandal and District Action Plans are not just planning documents—they are blueprints for transformative change, tailored to local aspirations and aligned with broader state and national goals.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all public representatives, officials, community leaders, citizens, and development partners who have contributed to this collective effort. Through collaboration, innovation, and accountability, we are confident that the goals of Swarna Andhra @2047 will be achieved.

Let us move forward together, empowered by purpose, inspired by vision, and united in action to build a Viksit Bharat and a Swarna Andhra for future generations.

District Collector

As India approaches its 100th year of independence in 2047, we stand at a defining moment in our nation's journey — a time of purpose, promise, and progress. Under the national vision of ‘Viksit Bharat @2047’, our country aims to become one of the top three global economies with a $30 trillion GDP and a per capita income of $18,000. In alignment with this national aspiration, the State of Andhra Pradesh, through its visionary initiative ‘Swarna Andhra @2047’, has set its sights on achieving a GSDP of $2.4 trillion and a per capita income of $43,000. This vision is rooted in inclusive growth, strategic planning, and optimal resource utilization, with every district and constituency playing a vital role.

Rajam constituency is fully committed to contributing to this transformative journey. We have set a bold goal of reaching a Gross Constituency Domestic Product (GCDP) of ₹90,933 crore and a per capita income of ₹25.63 lakh by 2047. This will be achieved through the optimal utilization of our natural, economic, and human resources, along with effective integration of State and Central Government schemes and incentives.

The Primary Sector will be propelled by horticulture and livestock, with the GCVA projected to rise from ₹956 crore to ₹7,158 crore. In the Secondary Sector, the MSME parks, a dynamic industrial hub, will serve as a major catalyst for manufacturing and employment growth. Our Service Sector is rich with opportunity, driven by our region’s heritage. Madduvalasa Reservoir and the ancient temples around it are cultural treasures that will boost tourism and service-driven development.

This vision has been shaped through inclusive and participatory planning, with the active engagement of the public through Gramasabhas, stakeholder consultations, and collaborative governance. We are confident that with the committed involvement of elected representatives, officials, citizens, entrepreneurs, and community leaders, we will successfully realize the goals of Swarna Andhra @2047.
